How can I return an order?

Are you dissatisfied with your product or did you receive a defective product?


If you want to return your product please contact us by telephone within seven days of receipt 021 4305844 on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. The Customer will receive -if the application meets the conditions -instructions how to return the product.

Are there any costs incurred in returning?

The customer must pay the cost of carriage. If goods are damaged upon receipt, we will arrange collection free of charge. If you should have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact our Customer Service. On delivered items subject to the Terms & Conditions. There are two options for the handling returns.

  • We replace the product.
  • The (online) purchase price will be (within 10 days) credited into your account.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund. If you have ordered the wrong product, it will be at your expense to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charged for the products. If you receive any damaged or defective goods these will be replaced free of charge. If they are found not to be defective or damaged you will be charged for those goods.
